Will landlords be ready for the 1st October Changes?

On 1 October 2015 some significant changes will be made to housing law in England (properties in Wales are not affected). The changes increase the level of protection afforded to tenants and place extra burdens on landlords.

It is our assessment that many landlords are not aware of the changes being implemented. This highlights the importance of using a reputable letting agent that is fully up to date with regulatory changes.
